Suppose, when you are walking or doing any movement the first thing is to do you need to be aware. And aware that you are walking and feel the pressure on feet and feel the sensation. If you are touching any fruit to feel the touch and feel the dimension of fruit with your hand. Vipassana is just an observation and aware that present moment. And it happens with the mind also: whatever our thoughts pass on the screen of our mind, just be a watcher, whatever our emotion passes on the screen of the heart. You just remain a witness do not get involved. Do not get identified. And do not judge what is good or what is bad that is not your part of meditation. Meditation has to be choiceless awareness.

After some days you will be able to see very subtle moods that how sadness settle in you just like a night is slowly settling around the world, you will notice how suddenly a small thing makes you joy.

Just be the witness. Do not label or do not think that you are sad or happy just know that there is sadness around me or happiness around me. You need to just remember you are the only watcher. Just watch that is one of the best ways of vipassana can be done.

As meditation settled our mind get silent, ego will disappear. You will be there, but there will be no feeling of “I”. Then the doors will be open. Just wait with a loving longing with a welcome in the heart for that great moment the greatest moment in anybody’s life enlightenment. vipassana meditation technique and 10 days courses retreat
